searches, we regularly see the need for high energy, quality training for our new recruits. But the available trainings are often uptight and dull or only available during set times. The last thing
a hardworking executive leading organizational change needs is a recent MBA grad (who may never have been an ED) "splaining” to them or having to leave their new jobs for an entire day once a
week for several months. We created TBH to give new Executive Directors the fundamental keys to running a nonprofit organization in an on-demand format in bite-size pieces. We are turning the nonprofit training market on its head, and we’re excited for you to join us along the way.
