Kayce Singletary

Kayce is a systems thinker with more than 15 years of experience in strategy, evaluation, and workforce development across the nonprofit and public sectors. As Chief Impact Officer at Children’s Trust of South Carolina, she leads statewide work in research, evaluation, training, and implementation of the Triple P (Positive Parenting Program), using data to strengthen programs and build lasting organizational and community capacity. With roots in social work and public health, she previously spent a decade in sexual violence prevention, where she developed a train-the-trainer model that reached thousands. A licensed master social worker and Certified Health Education Specialist, Kayce holds dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Health and serves on national and state child well-being committees.
