Marisel Losa

Marisel Losa is a nationally respected leader with more than 30 years of experience advancing health equity, strengthening nonprofit organizations, and driving community-centered, data-informed change. As President & CEO of United Way of the Lakelands and the Health Council of South Florida, she led major efforts in public health planning, coalition building, and systems-level change to improve outcomes for underserved communities. A bilingual and culturally fluent innovator, she also founded the Florida Association of Free and Charitable Clinics and secured $9.5 million in recurring state funding to expand healthcare access for Florida’s uninsured. Through her consulting practice, Marisel helps mission-driven organizations build capacity, refine strategy, secure sustainable funding, and create measurable impact.
