Deborah Lynn Freel

Deb brings more than two decades of experience leading trauma-informed, justice-centered organizations. She most recently served as Executive Director of Tri-County S.P.E.A.K.S., where she led the organization’s strategy, team, and $700K budget, secured significant new funding, and strengthened board engagement and philanthropy . Her background also includes deep experience in program evaluation, cross-sector collaboration, and building systems that honor both accountability and humanity in service delivery.
