Ginny Waller is the heartbeat behind Waller Consulting—and a fierce advocate for nonprofits who are ready to stop spinning and start scaling. A licensed attorney with more than 18 years of executive leadership experience, Ginny blends bold strategy with deep empathy to help mission-driven organizations lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Before launching Waller Consulting, Ginny served as Executive Director of South Carolina’s largest free-standing sexual assault services agency, where she transformed operations, tripled the budget, and restructured the board for greater impact. She’s a trusted advisor in leadership transitions, a sought-after strategic planning facilitator, and the creator of To Be Honest (TBH)—a no-nonsense curriculum helping nonprofit leaders lead well and live well.

Ginny holds a JD from the University of South Carolina School of Law, is a member of the SC Bar, and is known for her ability to cut through chaos, build trust fast, and leave every client more grounded and energized than they started.
