Andrea Clements

Andrea Clements is the founder and principal consultant of Harper Human Resources Consulting, with more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit healthcare. A former Director of Human Resources for Roper St. Francis Healthcare, she led full-service HR operations for more than 6,000 employees, helped maintain top-decile employee engagement, and led diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives as well as organizational goal setting tied to the strategic plan. Her expertise includes employee relations, organizational culture, change management, facilitation, workforce planning, and performance coaching, and through her consultancy she works primarily with human services nonprofit organizations. Andrea also serves on the Compass Harbor Board of Directors, volunteers with Let’s Walk of Charleston, is on the leadership team of the Together SC Consultant Collaborative, and is especially passionate about supporting young adults who have aged out of foster care.
